Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings and online gift voucher purchases are final and non-refundable
Deposits paid at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable.
Clients may cancel their appointment; however, any deposit paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability
If a client cancels, fails to attend their appointment, or requests to reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, any deposit paid will be forfeited.
Online gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, they cannot be refunded, extended, exchanged for credit, or used towards any massage treatment, as it is the customer’s responsibility to redeem the voucher within the validity period.
Customer Satisfaction Policy
We are committed to providing a professional, high-quality massage experience for every client.
If you are dissatisfied with your treatment for any reason, you must inform your therapist within the first 10 minutes of the massage. This allows us the opportunity to adjust the pressure, technique, or treatment to better meet your expectations.
If you remain dissatisfied and choose to end the treatment within the first 10 minutes, a full refund will be issued.
Once the treatment continues beyond the first 10 minutes, the service will be deemed accepted by the client. Refunds will not be provided after this time or once the treatment has been completed.
Refund requests made after the completion of the treatment will not be accepted.
